Shipping policy

At ComSecur, a shipment is already free from 50 euros and your order will be delivered the next day. To make this possible, we often use the shipping service of PostNL, DHL or GLS.

Our shipping costs will automatically be displayed at the checkout screen.

What is the processing time of my order?

All orders are processed on working days before 17:00. As soon as we pack the order for you, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace data of your shipment. The shipment will be delivered to the mail order company on the same day.

Orders will not be packed on the weekend and will not be processed until Monday.

In rare cases, such as during the busy period in December, a shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please take this delay into account during the shipment.
